FINALLY.....A Post That Truly MAKES SENSE

This blogger created this permalink post which I think HONESTLY & TRULY hits the nail right on the head as well. 

By this I mean NOT ONLY is our current economic mess the fault of the banking & lending institutions, but it's ALSO the fault of people who believed they could somehow commit themselves to such banking & lending transactions WITHOUT THINKING THINGS THROUGH & ASKING ALL THE "WHAT IF" QUESTIONS!!!

That said, MAKE NO MISTAKE, I still firmly believe that the ULTIMATE blame lies with the Federal Government, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Wall Street, etc.....etc.....etc as THEY are the ones with the accounting degrees and THEY are the experts in charge of the crunching of numbers as (Again!) THEY are the math wizards.

Now I was the Math Champ in 1st Grade, but you know what folks?  Contrary to what some might believe, it DOES NOT (Nor SHOULD NOT for that matter!) take a 1st Grade Math Champ to realize that you can't lend someone (Let's say for the sake of discussion) $100,000 if the likelihood of that someone paying the money back is SLIM TO NONE!!!  COMMON SENSE SHOULD TELL THE BANKER/LOAN OFFICER THAT,

But do they listen and/or take time to notice?  NO.  Why is that you ask?  The answer to that is pretty simple.  THEY CANNOT SEE PAST ALL THE $$$ TO DO EITHER OF THOSE THINGS!!!

In other words....More bluntly put - THEY ARE TOO BUSY SHOVING THEIR WALLET UP THEIR ASS TO EVEN THINK ABOUT USING COMMON SENSE!!!

And the corporate CEOs who are the bosses of these INCOMPETANT & MORONIC IDIOTS don't do anything either because THEY DO NOT WANT TO LOSE THE PERSON AS A CUSTOMER!!!

So therefore, the customer is lead to believe he's living the so-called "American Dream" which the Republicans keep SHOVIN' DOWN OUR FREAKIN' THROATS (I swear, the next time I hear them bang that tambourine, I just may throw up!) when IN REALITY the customer IS DROWNING in future debt and other things.

Well, I've preached enough on this.  But do check out the link above.  I think you'll agree with me (Whether you're a Democrat OR a Republican) that there's A LOT of truth to what he's saying.

 This guy in this post HITS THE NAIL RIGHT ON THE HEAD!!!  How John McCain can sit and/or stand in front of the American people thatputs America FIRST, but yet hires Sarah Palin, a woman who GAVE HER BLESSINGS to a committee who wants to SECEDE (sp?) ALASKA FROM THE U.S. is beyond me.

If the U.S. were to lose Alaska, YOU KNOW the Russians would wanna claim it.  Hell, they'd probably go so far as to fight the Canadians to get it (Afterall Alaska is ONLY on the Northwest side of British Columbia ya know).

Seriously - Let's say you or I were to walk into a potential employer's office for a job interview (Pick the job - Any job). We go through the formalities of introducing ourselves, etc., etc. and then we get right down to business as he/she asks you or I why they should either of us should be hired and our answer is something like this....

Well I know nothing about the job. Heck, I don't even know to do the job, but I'm applying for the job just for the hell of doing it

Now imagine what the reaction of the potential employer is likely (If not GOING to be) and take it from there.

Bottom line - Are YOU willing to trust THIS woman with the job of VICE PRESIDENT??? Can she be trusted? Is she believable?

I don't think so.
